About the company

JANTSA was founded in 1977 in Atça, Aydın, by Şefik Çerçioğlu. It is today one of Europe's largest manufacturers of steel wheels for commercial, industrial and agricultural machinery, and ranks among the top 30 automotive suppliers in Türkiye.

The plant

A family-owned company employing over 1,500 people across 130,000 m² in Umurlu, Aydın, in two facilities: the main plant and headquarters, and a second producing lock and side rings. Nine production lines turn out 9,000 wheels a day — 2.7 million a year.

The range

300 wheel sizes in more than 8,000 designs, with rim diameters from 12" to 54" and widths from 4.5" to 36". Two e-coating lines and an OEM-certified painting facility give 504 to 1,000 hours of rust resistance in more than 200 top-coat colours.

Quality

Certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, alongside ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 and 27001. Quality work is carried out with the Fraunhofer Institute (LBF), Bureau Veritas, TÜV, TÜBİTAK, the Turkish Standards Institute and the German Agricultural Society.

80% of production is exported to 85 countries worldwide.
